Dustin Paul Wilden has a long international background from the aviation industry, both in top management but also from the operational side of the industry. His main focus areas includes augmented profitability, increased productivity and turnarounds for larger and medium sized airlines.

  • Scandinavian Airlines
  • Ethiopian Airlines
  • Southwest Airlines
  • Tigerair

Just to mention a few.

Besides his position as Chairman of ALAS Group he’s also member of the following boards:

  • Center for Defence, Space & Security – International (EU & USA).
  • The Rossch Group – USA.

Working with both domestic and foreign affairs he’s also an active group member of the Lockheed Martin F-35 Fighter Jet program.

Executive Vice President - Navin Shrestha

Navin Shrestha has a long background with international trade, shipping, airfreight and logistics and leads our Acquisitions and ACMI. He studied in Australia but returned to Asia to join his family, where he now leads our global commercial activities.
Working with both Airbus and Boeing, and other important stakeholders from the industry, he's the perfect link between the OEM's and the airlines.

Besides that, he's also active in other areas of ALAS Group, which includes our PPP (public private partnership) activities in Asia, working on bilateral and multilateral projects.
